Intralogistics
With our years of experience in automating internal logistics, we understand the importance of seamlessly integrating applications into these processes.
Warehouse Automation
Intralogistics relies on automated systems to optimise internal transport and material handling processes. Shuttles, conveyor belts, and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) are key technologies that contribute to more efficient material transport within warehouses and production facilities.
Shuttles
Shuttles are autonomous vehicles that move along rails or tracks to transport goods between different locations. They are used in automated storage systems, where they can quickly and accurately retrieve and deliver products. Thanks to their flexibility and scalability, shuttles can significantly enhance storage capacity and order processing speed, leading to more efficient use of available space and resources.
Together with our partners, we have developed multiple shuttle projects. The combination of high power density and a very compact design are typical characteristics that make them an excellent fit for the various product groups of Eltrex Motion.

Conveyor belts
Conveyor belts are a traditional yet essential component of internal transport systems. They provide a solution by enabling a continuous flow of goods. A streamlined workflow reduces the need for manual handling, increasing productivity and minimising the risk of damage or accidents.
Conveyor belts are particularly effective in handling large volumes of products and can be adapted to different sizes and weights. Various goods require flexible solutions, and our expertise lies in minimising wear and tear on components while achieving high Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) figures, setting us apart from the competition.
Automated guided vehicles
Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and Automated Mobile Robots (AMRs) are mobile robots that autonomously transport materials within a facility. The use of AGVs and AMRs ensures a reliable and continuous operation, reduces labour costs, and minimises the risk of errors and damage. Moreover, they can be easily integrated into existing systems, ensuring a seamless transition to automated processes.
Since AGVs and AMRs operate on the shop floor, they must comply with important safety requirements. Safety protocols such as Safe Limit Speed, Safe Limit Torque, and Safe Torque Off require specialised products that meet the ISO 3691 standard.
