Introduction MPC SKA RT series

The MPC SKA RT series direct-drive motors offer the solution for backlash-free and highly accurate positioning. By directly coupling the motor shaft to the load, without the intervention of a mechanical transmission, backlash is eliminated.

The motors are available in various versions. There is a frameless version to ensure optimal integration into machines, and there is a fully assembled version with bearings. This latter version is also known as a 'rotary table.' The largest version, with a diameter of 490 mm, is capable of delivering a peak torque of 2,400 Nm at a speed of 100 rpm. This version features a hollow shaft, which offers significant advantages when media and/or electrical power need to be routed through the motor.
