To determine the optimal configuration, Eltrex Motion supported the customer in selecting the drive system. In collaboration with our partner Copley Controls, a drive was selected that perfectly matched the chosen Torq motor. During the prototyping phase, particular attention was then given to fine-tuning the complete drive-motor combination.

Our motion specialists worked closely with the customer's engineering team throughout this process. By carefully tuning the drive system, unwanted vibrations and noise were minimized while achieving exceptionally smooth and precise motion.
